On Wednesday 7 October, we spent the day at Riviera Connect EXPO 2026 at the Riviera International Centre in Torquay. The event brings together people from business, tourism and hospitality, and it was a lovely chance to spend time with the local community.
Our day started over breakfast and carried on through a steady stream of conversations, introductions and familiar faces. From setting up our stand to packing away at the end, we had an amazing day and met so many brilliant people.
The best part of the day was the people. We enjoyed hearing what local businesses are working on, sharing ideas, and learning a little about the plans and challenges behind each organisation. Those relaxed, face-to-face conversations are a great reminder that good connections can start with a simple introduction.
We also had the chance to talk about the work we do across websites, mobile apps, bespoke software, hosting and digital products. It was great to meet people at different stages, from those exploring a first idea to established teams looking for a practical next step.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat, shared their experience, or made us feel welcome. We came away with new connections, ideas to follow up on and a real appreciation for the people bringing business together across the English Riviera and South Devon.
